MISSION
Our mission is to provide the Lake Oswego and Tualatin areas with an exceptional one-stop shopping experience for adult beverages.
That’s why we’ve curated our stores to carry a broad assortment of products to fully stock your bar and pour drinks like your favorite bartender. We can’t wait to help you find the perfect drink and accoutrements!
SELECTION
While carrying a wide range of all spirits, our passion lies in single malt Scotch. Our current selection of single malts is over 115 labels and we are always on the lookout for newly available items in Oregon.
In addition to a couple thousand SKUs of distilled spirits, we are proud to stock 400+ beers chilling in our 40-foot walk-in cooler; 160+ wines, ports, and sherries; 200+ cigars in humidors; lottery and a wide array of mixers, barware, and giftware. For our customer’s convenience we also offer an ATM and stock bags of ice. Our services include special ordering distilled spirits and helping hunt down rare imports. We also offer free–often same-day–delivery to licensees in the tri-county area.

Angela & Robin
~Owners~
Angela and Robin purchased Tualatin Liquor in September 2021 from Angela’s father, Vance. Two years later, in September of 2023, they added Lake Oswego Liquor to the, soon to be, Lecker Liquor brand. As part of her training, Angela studied for the rigorous Society of Wine Educators (SWE) Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), receiving a perfect score and qualifying for a full scholarship to pursue her Certified Spirits Educator (CSE) certification. Additionally, Angela received her Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 and 2 Awards in both wines and spirits, receiving outstanding “Pass with Distinction” marks. She is currently pursuing her WSET Level 1 Award in Sake as well as her Certified Retail Tobacconist (CRT) from Tobacconist University. As a second-generation liquor agent, Angela hopes to carry on the successful legacy her father has left behind by continuing to offer exceptional service and selection at Lecker Liquor Tualatin and Lecker Liquor Lake Oswego. Her interests include discovering liqueurs and amaros.
Vance
Honorary Team Member & “The Whisky Man”
Vance, a veteran retailer with over 50 years of experience, spent 25 years as an Oregon liquor agent. Prior to Tualatin Liquor, Vance owned Tenth Avenue Liquor (formerly Salmon Street Liquor) that has been serving downtown Portland since the repeal of prohibition in 1933. Vance is an avid Scotch connoisseur and regularly travels the USA and internationally in search of new products and labels that have not yet been available in Oregon. Some of his favorite whiskies include Ardbeg Corryvrecken and Highland Park 15. If you’re very lucky, you might find him re-stocking cigars or helping buyers with Scotch during the holidays.
